Sweeney Todd:The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
I have been a fan of Johnny Depp since his movie, "Edward
Scissorhands". I have seen him portray different roles and I must say
he did them all well. He's got his own creepy way of portraying his
roles but in a good way.
Watching
"Sweeeney Todd" was another way of seeing Depp showcase his talent.
Although I was not so amazed by his singing/acting this time. Not
because it was bad but because I have seen him in so many different
roles that it was no longer a surprise for me to see him sing on the
big screen.
I
was rather surprised by Helena Borham Carter's acting. Perhaps it's
because I could only remember her as a villain in "Harry Potter".
The
movie was quite ghoulish and perhaps depressing for those who love
happy endings. But it could have been better if Sweeney Todd killed one
more character.

All in all, the movie teaches us that what goes around, comes around.
